Nyathi eco and wildlife estate.
The Nyathi Eco & Wildlife Estate is situated in the Waterberg Reserve in Limpopo Province, South Africa. It is an exclusive private game farm, which has 1580 hectares of bushveld typical to the region and includes three unique dams on the property as well as a landing strip. The estate comprises of 132 individual unfenced stands of approximately 2 hectares in size. Owners can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the bushveld whilst enjoying the wild animals that roam freely on the estate. Nyathi is secured by electrified game fences and has 24 security on site. It is only 2 and half hours drive from Johannesburg and 1 and half hours drive from Pretoria.
The stand is 2,488 hectares (see photograph, stand no 123) and is situated on a ridge, which overlooks a beautiful African plain where the wildlife come to graze.

The common property is owned by the Home Owners Association as is the game on the property. The Home Owners association earns an income from trade in the game.
The estate is professionally managed. As a current owner I attend the annual AGM and there are published accounts provided by the managing agent. These are available on request.
I have had plans drawn up for a house which I will include for interested buyers. These plans have been approved by the HOA.
There are no services (i.e. water and electricity) but there is a transformer a few hundred meters down the road from the property and water is easy to arrange.
The monthly levy is R1820.
Asking price for the property is R250 000.
